I'm Royce Hoffner. Queer creative. Marketing strategist. Occasional filmmaker. Story obsessive. Born and raised on an 800-acre patch of Colorado dirt, I've been wrangling stories since my first Lego movie at age eight. My path has meandered through coffee shops turned art galleries, late-night video shoots, and spreadsheets color-coded with alarming precision. Along the way, I’ve grown into a career that blends the scrappy hustle of DIY storytelling with the data-driven world of demand gen.

I’ve led marketing teams, boosted executive social media profiles by hundreds of percentage points, and developed campaigns that turned passive scrollers into curious clickers. Whether I’m building a brand’s voice or making a CEO sound like they invented empathy, I’m always chasing the thread that ties a message to a heartbeat. I believe good marketing is simply good storytelling with intention, clarity, and a hint of mischief.

But let’s be real: I'm not your typical corporate type (ignore the pic). I'm the kind of person who gets more excited about a well-written CTA than a networking event. I’ve organized Pride festivals in rural towns where being out was once unthinkable, renovated houses with stubborn walls and bigger hearts, and filmed mini-documentaries about artists who didn’t even know they were telling stories.

I'm equally proud of the media company I co-founded (EvrGloMedia.com) and the time I helped my boss finally figure out Google Sheets (it was... a journey). I bring warmth, humor, and a steady hand to every project. I believe the best ideas come from honest collaboration, the kind where everyone rolls up their sleeves, checks their egos, and gets curious together.
