This is where strategy meets storytelling, and where I roll up my sleeves and build something that actually moves the needle.
Each of these campaigns started with a challenge: build a brand, reframe a voice, grow an audience, or just make something matter. I didn’t just write the copy or tweak a headline. I owned the full arc: research, messaging, creative assets, outreach, metrics, iteration. From CEO rebrands to internal DEI launches to email and sales funnel support, I worked across teams to turn ideas into action and insights into impact.
If Photography is where I think in frames and Writing is where I think in sentences… Campaigns are where I think in systems. And nothing makes me happier than watching a strategy come to life.
The Diversity Movement General Marketing Support
This section highlights the behind-the-scenes engine of my marketing work at The Diversity Movement, the kind of strategic execution that quietly drives measurable growth. Since January, I’ve led the development and execution of over 20 targeted cold email journeys, reaching 17,000+ contacts through thoughtful, segment-based automation. These campaigns consistently delivered above-industry engagement, averaging over 25%, with top performers hitting open rates above 85%.
Behind those journeys is a foundation I built from scratch—manually researching, segmenting, and maintaining prospect lists now totaling over 20,000 contacts. This groundwork made it possible to target the right people with the right message at the right time, laying the path for stronger engagement, better-qualified leads, and a more predictable pipeline.
More than just driving engagement, this work supported broader business goals: April alone brought in 446 new leads and 86 MQLs, helping push the marketing-influenced pipeline to over $750,000 that month. These outcomes didn’t happen by chance. They were the result of building repeatable outreach systems, aligning marketing with sales priorities, and creating content that felt personal, relevant, and intentional.
What you see here is a sample of the assets behind that impact- from event materials and visuals to speaker cards, flyers, and internal collateral that connected brand, voice, and conversion. Sometimes strategy looks like a workflow. Sometimes it’s a QR code or a well-timed re-engagement sequence. Whatever form it takes, I make sure it delivers.

CEO Re-Brand
What started as “make him more visible on LinkedIn” turned into a full-scale executive rebrand. I was a one-person content studio- writing long-form articles, crafting social media, launching a new YouTube channel, filming and editing video content, implementing SEO strategies, and re-building an exhausted audience.
The result? A 695.7% spike in impressions and an 805.5% jump in engagement on the CEO’s LinkedIn profile alone. Web traffic jumped by 69%, and the momentum helped contribute to the company’s successful acquisition.
From concept to content to campaign, this wasn’t just a visibility push, it was a strategic transformation rooted in thought leadership, authenticity, and consistency across platforms. I partnered across departments, juggled deadlines, optimized everything from video thumbnails to keyword density, and helped redefine what executive presence could look like in a digital-first world.

JamPlay Creative Direction
At JamPlay, I didn’t just market music. I helped shape its digital stage. This section is a glimpse into a fast-paced, high-volume content engine where I scripted, directed, and produced over 200 videos, collaborating with legendary talent while maintaining a clear, artist-first approach.
I worked alongside a small but mighty team to grow our social media reach by 48% in just one year and increased our media library by 375%, crafting visuals, promos, unboxings, and live events that captured attention and converted views into loyalty.
From giveaways and flash sales to concert livestreams and curriculum spotlights, every asset had to do one thing: connect with musicians. And it worked—our artist instructor roster grew by 200%, our campaigns hit hard, and we built a brand that felt as real as the players behind it.
